All prices are per chalet - minimum stay 3 nights including final cleaning, bed linen, towels, sauna towels, bathrobes and slippers.

In the high season over Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival & Easter, the chalets can only be booked weekly for at least 7 nights.

A fixed weekly price of €5,500 applies for Chalet R I and €4,400 for Chalet R II, regardless of how many people book.

Additional costs:

Local tax €3 per person per night (from 15 years). Deposit of €800 - this will be returned after departure if there is no damage.

Cancellation and payment conditions:

• Deposit:
  Your reservation is only binding after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay. The deposit must be paid within 8 days of booking confirmation. If the amount is not paid within this time, the order will be automatically canceled. A deposit already paid is non-refundable.
  
  
• Final payment:
  The remaining amount must then be paid 2 months before the start of the trip.
  
  
• Cancellation conditions:
  • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival 50% of the agreed total price
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival 80% of the agreed total price
  • Within the last week before arrival 100% of the agreed total price
  
  
• Travel cancellation insurance:
  We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) Austrian Hotel Contract Law apply.
